1. Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

• Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

• During peak seasons or promotional events, order processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Metro Cities: 3–7 business days

• Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days

• Remote Areas: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

• Free shipping may be offered on selected products or orders meeting the minimum purchase value.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking details. You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make delivery attempts as per their standard policy. If the customer is unavailable during delivery, the courier may re-attempt delivery or contact the customer for further instructions.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Zyra Lex is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

If you receive a damaged package or if any item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Order ID

• Photos of the package and product (if damaged)

• A brief description of the issue

8. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, Zyra Lex ships across India. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
